Crate Training
Why is this training important?
Crate training helps your dog feel safe, calm, and secure. It can be used to help safely transport your dog when travelling and can be used alongside a sendway. A crate should only be used positively and never as a punishment.
Stage 1: Creating a positive association with the crate
Stage 2: Moving away from your dog in the crate
Stage 3: Introducing closing the crate door
Stage 4: Your dog spends time in the crate with you doing other activities
