Why is this training important?

Muzzle training is a valuable skill for any dog.
It helps ensure your dog is comfortable and calm wearing a muzzle in situations like vet visits, grooming, or emergencies, where even the most well-behaved dog can become stressed or reactive. By introducing the muzzle in a positive, gradual way, you’re helping your dog associate it with safety rather than fear.
Stage 1: Building a positive association with the muzzle
